Roles and Responsibilities
Setting an orgnisation chart / roles and responsibility was the first stage of our team formation.
The organisation chart allows a clear communication, delegation and goals.
This is a 'by function' structure to cover the main aspects of the project. Additionally, it is useful in big teams as this shows the overall in-charge(s), partners or external users, the hierachy; who to approach for specific tasks or who to enquire from and how big the team is.
This is useful as it provides us with a sense of responsibility to contribute and take charge of an aspect of the end-product. Allowing more efficiency and effectieness in work distribution.

People
This is the process of communicating (delegation), collaborating and motivating a diverse group of individuals towards a given goal or outcome. A successful indicator of this is the growth and the realisation discovered as an individual or as a group through the process.

Time
"If you fail to plan, you plan to fail."

The process of thinking ahead of situations. This concept of optimising (efficiency and effectiveness) our skillsets while organising and planning. Managing our time has allowed us to juggle between assignments and other responsibilities.

Task
Alongside the other management tools, this helps to track our progress and creates a systematic flow of work. This enables a clear step by step path for teammates to independently work on the assigned task.

Risk
Every situation leads to a consequence. Hence, having the ability to anticipate and find solutions to mitigate such risks is important in a project.

Risks could become fatal, which is why as a group the importance of identifying and applying the 4Ts is crucial to being accountable.
