Setting an orgnisation chart / roles and responsibility was the first stage of our team formation.
The organisation chart allows a clear communication, delegation and goals.
This is a 'by function' structure to cover the main aspects of the project. Additionally, it is useful in big teams as this shows the overall in-charge(s), partners or external users, the hierachy; who to approach for specific tasks or who to enquire from and how big the team is.
This is useful as it provides us with a sense of responsibility to contribute and take charge of an aspect of the end-product. Allowing more efficiency and effectieness in work distribution.

What is nVRture?
Our team created a technological kit integrated with ecotherapy. In order to make this as realistic as possible, we engaged the 5 senses to immerse the user in the experience. The nVRture kit includes the following:
1. Dried flowers
2. Phytoncide oil
3. Handheld diffuser
4. VR headset + cable
5. Edible sunflower seeds
6. Compact cardboard box
The Phytoncide oil covers the aspect of smell and the diffuser can set the environment of the user while using the kit. This scent is naturally given off by plants in nature and has many health benefits. One of which is relaxation.
To cover the sense of touch, we have tactile materials such as dried flowers and dried leaves for the users to feel. Where else for the sense of taste, we have sunflower seeds provided with the expiration date to ensure the user is consuming it safely.
VR Aspect
Along with the VR headset in our kit. This video is filmed and edited by our team, the video includes narration for the users to learn more about nature. This covers the sense of hearing and sight.
